Responses are in from more than 300 staffing and recruiting professionals
The Bond US-sponsored survey reveals that staffing pros feel their tracking, record keeping and database management efforts will need to become more sophisticated in order to comply with the ACA.
Predictions which numerous staffing professionals also shared include:
- Staffing services will be limited because the ACA will constrain hours and length of assignments
- Staffing businesses will grow slightly because employers will request staffers to remain below the 50 employee minimum
- Candidates will expect healthcare coverage regardless of whether they are placed on direct or temporary assignment
